Pope Leo XIV’s First Encyclical Magnifica humanitas to be Published May 25

Pope Leo XIV’s first encyclical, Magnifica humanitas (Magnificent humanity), on safeguarding the human person in the time of artificial intelligence, was released on May 25. A presentation event with the Pope and various speakers was held at the Vatican’s Synod Hall.

The encyclical bears the Pope’s signature dated May 15th, 135th anniversary of the publication of Pope Leo XIII’s encyclical Rerum novarum.
